Scrap Around the World November challenge

Hi Everyone,

This month at http://scraparoundtheworld.blogspot.com.au/ we have an awesome mood board.

I was inspired by the wood grain and the colours in the flowers. Also my daughter is doing a bachelor of Music, majoring in audio so the music paper inspired me too.

I used a music stamp on the back ground and the  title is Life is a song Sing out loud.

Lindy's Stamp gang October challenge

This is my first go at the colour challenge over at Lindy's stamp gang.

I ordered the sprays and embossing powders that where put together especially for this month. I really love the shimmer and colour that you can get with these paints, even my daughter said that is beautiful Mum. It also was a lot softer palette than I usually use too, which was great.

Scrap Around the World September challenge

This is the awesome mood board given to us for inspiration this month.

I was intending to do a girly steam punk/shabby chic layout, but as I was going

through my bits I came across an ATC shadow box from Twiddleybitz.

I remembered I had some bits left from the Graphic 45 once upon a springtime

paper range and my whole idea changed.

I used a paper tole style on the Fairies and flowers to give the project a three D effect.

Added some metal and a little bird and we have a cute little ATC box.

I even found a little pair of binoculars.
